Well, the lyrics sound Italian, but it's a novelty song, probably from the '40s (late-'40s, maybe
.you know, the war and all) or '50s. The guy singing imitates the sounds of the instruments, like "toota-toot" for the trumpet, "pringa-pring" for the violin, and so on. He imitates about five instruments. I've heard it before on a local oldies station, but I can't find their phone number, and I just woke up from a nap hearing this song – seriously! I'd appreciate any help from my fellow TMPers. Thank you. |
