Henry Fitzmorgan?

Edward McTeach?

Hmmmmmmm

Grainne Ni Mhaille and Anne Bonney are the only two that spring to mind, and calling Grainne a 'pirate' owes more to the American fascination with the Ould Country than it does to fact. As usual

Naw your wrong there, Grainne Ui Mhaille was as piractical as could be. Family business and all; why do you think they kept the galleys, hardly trade or fishing was it?

She gave birth to Tibbot ni Long while fighting Algerian pirates and was called 'the mother of all rebellions' by the English. Got a good song too. As pirates go more succesful than most her interview with Elizabeth at Greenwich is quite entertaining.
