After the holidays I noticed that I put on quite a few pounds. My waist belt is still about 2 inches too small after over 40 times on the treadmill and dieting. Any one else willing to try their belt on ? |

It is well known that all items of clothing srink over time. I also find that when I look for blue jeans they don't have them in my, you know, color. |

I admit to putting on about 10 pounds over the holidays (for me they start in September). I've lost about 5 and it's been harder for me this year with less time on my hands to exercise. |

My belt isn't adjustable so either I loose the weight or buy a new belt. |
