Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of programming concepts
• General knowledge of multiple programming languages with proficiency in at least one high level scripting language (Perl, Ruby, PHP, ColdFusion, .NET)
• Strong knowledge of Internet protocols and conceptual knowledge of networking
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be a team player and have a great attitude. Interfacing with other areas of the organization is a must.
• Expertise in either Windows or Linux with working knowledge of other platform
• Expertise in database design and administration and in SQL variant
• Two years experience of system administration in an internet intensive environment
• Knowledge of securing public facing systems

I'll be emailing you sometime in the next few days, dude – I have 20 years experience working in the IT industry (primarily mainframe stuff; TPF, C++, MVS etc) and I live in Palm Beach County (bit of a drive to Miami but I used to work from 01 to 07 in Miami for Amadeus so I'm used to it). Right now I'm working in Boca but opportunities for advancement or even a basic salary increase seem….limited so I'm always looking for another option.
