Howdy y'all. I got back from N'awlins last night and will tell you about my experience. I arrived at Calmette Battlefield at 4:30 Friday evening to partipate in the candlelight tour later that night.
I'm glad to say we had six particpants in Plauche's Bttn this year including myself. We had lots of fun that night acting like Francais with outrageous accents, singing Maurice Chvallier songs and generally Hamming it up for the specators. Three of them camped out there while the rest of us went to our homes and lodgings.
I was unable to particpate in the next days activities due to a swollen foot. I eas able to view the proceedings as a spectator. I have lots of photos and will post them as soon as I am able. Regards

Bruce the Texas Grognard
