I recently changed internet provider, email and went over to broadband. In doing so it appears I've lost my membership status. I used to be Olicanalad.

Please help.

I think I can help you. The cookie that remembers who you are for the website is associated with your old address.

From the TMP home page, if you want to associate your old TMP account with your new internet address go to the upper left hand screen. You will see a welcome back and you new TMP id. Click on your new ID. This will take you to the membership profile. There is probably a better way to do this but from this screen click on " Back to Membership Central"

From there click on synchronize memberships. Put in your old TMP id and password and click on synchronize and you should be set.

I've sent him a password reminder.

Thanks Bill but the problem is more deep rooted. The engineer has deleted all of my cookies and every time I go off line new cookies are also lost.

Never mind.

I might be wrong but in your computer setting it may now be set up to delete all cookies when you close your computer down.and will need to be changed

This cookie problem is one I've suffered from – there have now been 3 versions of Garrison Miniatures on TMP. It comes up cookies not enabled when I lose them, I can't get the old one back but I can start a new membership!
