I'll take a look, I still have the first few hundred issues of the Eagle when they re-ran it in the 80's. |

This takes place after a devastating war which knocks out the US and China, leaving the UK as the pre-eminent power (it seems.) Dan is called back out of retirement to take care of an Alien threat. |

This fills me with dread ( And not the lantern-jaewd Judge kind) as I recall the "Revolver" take on the whole DD story. Even the CGI TV version had some charms although rather anachronistic. |

Really, Alan? Well, everyone to their own tastes – I _did_ like the idea of Dare feeling guilt over the war with the Treens, but somehow Digby as a resistance leader didn't work, and I rather disliked the prison rape. |
