For Napoleonic look at the Murawski 28 mm Poles. Advancing with mayhem in mind and not actually wielding the axe but a nice figure none the less. There are also some from Warlord but I think they are tied to the La Haye Sainte model. For 18th C a little filing, fudging and a head swap might get you somewhere, and similarly with the Eureka Saxon Pioneer. Hope that helps.

Once again Martin comes through with the figures nobody else makes!

Now I can do that road clearing scenario with proper figures.
