You can play the game without in app purchases, although it will be more challenging. The Windows version will be released next month! We will announce it here! Regarding in app purchases, it is how we try to pay programmers to work. It is expensive to put these games together, but all we ask is for your to try it and if you like the game to give us a good rating on google and maybe throw us a few Buckazoids for entertaining you.
