Awwwwww! They're cuuuute!

Went to Cavalcade put the dwarves and one other mini in the cart, went to check out and $12 USD shipping non-priority from NY to Canada. Then I left. Don't need to be ripped off for shipping.

I really like these!

Rhino, I confirm that $12 USD IS for flat-rate priority shipping to Canada. We do not mark up shipping costs and do not charge for handling. If anything, we take a loss.

Hmmm 28mm dwarves and sculpted by Bob Olley – I take it these would mesh nicely with Splintered Light's Splintered Lands mini's? Makes for an intriguing crossover project!

Steve,
Did you get my order for 10 packs of these? I also sent a message on face book asking if you would sell me 20 of the dwarf with the ashigaru helmet drawing a sword alone?? What other figures are you thinking about and how soon?

Thanks, Larry Buck

The shipping cost from U.S.A to Canada with flat rate shipping for priority mail is $10.88. Your website does NOT indicate priority shipping is included, it says flat rate shipping. This gives you the option to ship the miniatures first class at a cost of around $3 USD and pocket the difference.

Some of the best mini companies in the U.S. offer international first class as an option, something to consider.

Larry – Your package went out first thing this morning. Many thanks for your order. You should receive it shortly. Bob has at least 3 more dwarves in the works and I believe there might be interest in more. I'm hoping to convince him to do some cavalry.

I don't think I can sell that many of 1 sculpt given the way we cast them and the mold split without taking a loss. Let me think about it. Interest in these has been quite surprising. The dwarves had been up for sale on the website for less than 12 hours before I had 4 sizable international orders. I will have to put in a reorder for more castings shortly.

Best,
Steve

Dear Rhino:

I don't want to create any confusion for our customers. From our website:

***

Canadian Customers:

We use a flat rate priority shipping rate for Canada. Our flat rate shipping charge is $12.00 USD for most orders. For orders greater than $100, our rate is $27.00.

***

Our shipment cost is analogous to similar operations in the U.S. For example, Conquest Miniatures charges $12.50 USD and Wargames charges $17.50. We ship all our order in boxes. The minimum cost for shipping boxes with 1 or 2 packs of miniatures is more than $5.00 USD for surface. If I ship by NON-PRIORITY, I will need to purchase additional materials that are included free for Priority order, etc. that will increase cost by at least $4.00. If you add a few more packs, that cost increases to more than $12. USD We view the $12.00 USD for Priority Shipping a good value for the customer. However, if you have a special request and don't mind an order going surface in a padded envelope, I'm happy to accommodate where possible. Just shoot me an e-mail.

Best,
Steve

Bowmen would be cool. Let's see if we can fit it into Bob's schedule.

Best,
Steve
