There was a previous set? This is the only set I know of. 3 winter boxed squad sets, US infantry, veterans and the US Airborne. |

Really 5 of the 10 figures armed with M1 Thompsons? When is Warlord going to get the squad's weapons allocation even close to correct? |

'4 paratroopers with rifles' which if we are being picky is technically false as two of those figures are carrying carbines.maybe the memo to the sculptor was confusing and it meant to say 5 figs armed with Garands and 2 with Thompsons and he read it the other way round by mistake? |

Well, it should be 9 guys with rifles and a LMG who's 3 man crew were issued carbines. 6 Thompsons were kept at CHQ to be issued as needed. |
