You can go to Ed's blog to see several posts on just exactly HOW the game works! Well done Ed! Other publishers should take note! That's how it's done! I'll be picking this one up by Christmas. |

Is anyone carrying the hard copy in the UK? |

Whirlwind – Not at this time. Maybe Caliver in the future? Here's the "how to" on the blog. link |

Can be played in any scale. Distances are for 15mm but can work for any scale, or reduce as you see fit. |

It appears that platoons lose a D6 (and most of their chance of successful tests for the rest of the game) when they lose a single stand/squad. Am I wrong on this? |

You need to address Rallying. The casualty will cause a -1d6 on the Crisis Table. This is offset by choosing to Rally (page 12) and bringing them back to Carry On status. Example – A 3 stand Platoon takes a loss of 1 stand (33% casualties). If they pass 1d6 they become disordered, pass 0d6, they fall back. Next turn they can attempt to Rally, roll 2d6 plus modifiers, and will usually return to Carry On status – back to 2d6. If they take another casualty (66% casualties) they can still be rallied back to 2d6. Hope this helps. |

66 pages of text and tables, no pretty pictures to increase the page count. |

I may never forgive you for passing up the opportunity to christen this set "Big Nuts". It was RIGHT THERE, man. "What are you bringing to the club on Saturday?" "Big Nuts." |

If there's ever a WW2 tank-wank book, call it "Nuts of Steel". |

Fair play – I'd forgotten about G&G! You were the Bad Boy of wargaming (until the next Outrage Bus started boarding.) Good call by Weasel on the Armoured supplement, though. And if you do Winter War: "Frozen Nuts!" |

Does scale matter?
Nah, it's the motion of the ocean that counts! Seriously, two vehicles per model makes me feel a little better. Now that big model covers the space that two tanks would occupy. |
