Another temptation on my path to a lesser pile of unpainted stuff… :-) Looking good, well done Warlord. |

Indeed very tempting. Any chance of both an idea of how big this range could be, and will it include plastics… or of a special – "I want it all deal" to get us started? |

This range should be ok for Vienna 1683? P. |

Great sculpts and a beautiful paint job from Busta! Plastic for this range would indeed be a dream..how about it?? Cheers SP |

I feel the need to have these even though I don't game any period in which they'd be useful. Beautiful production and painting work. |

The matchlock men should be good right through the Napoleonic era. |

The figs look really good! I wonder how they compare with The Assault Group janissaries in size? |

I was waiting for this set since the first teaser at christmas, as I am trying to build up an Ottoman army for the 1520-1570 range (especially the earlier period of Mohacs 26, Vienna 29 and the large campaign of 32) – but now that I see them I find myself hesitating. They look (to me) too uniform for this era, and do not inspire the urge to get and paint them. They are probably fine for the later era, and power to all who like them, but somehow they do not what I expected them to be. |
