How will this affect those of us who was emailed a discount code earlier this month which is only good for 1 month? Can we still place an order and use the coupon code to get the discount with the understanding that it will be shipped when you are allowed to open again?

appreciate warlord taking the bigger view on this and applaud your efforts. agree with zoom that we can survive without our toys for awhile

Hello all!

Our web store will keep working and you will be able to place your orders as normal, applying the discount codes you have and receiving the free item for the first order of the month if you are a Member.

The difference is that we will simply not process your order until we will be back… we hope that this would only take a few weeks.

Once we will be back, we will proceed with shipping all the outstanding pre-orders and preparing and shipping all the orders received in the meanwhile (since 11am UK time yesterday).

Lorenzo. I gave it a shot yesterday and it all worked fine so my order was placed. Not a problem about it having to wait until you are all back to receive my order. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't miss this opportunity to use the discount code. Thanks to all of you for what you are doing and be safe.
