Is Andreah available in metal?

mrshasslefree04 Feb 2012 3:11 a.m. PST

Yes, all of the figures shown are metal figures. There are some figures like Andreah, Tomoko, William and Isseki that are in resin as well, not always the same version.

The resin Andreah was released before Christmas because we had issues getting the metal version into production.

Isseki (HFA072) is the latest to go into resin. He is going up this weekend in blue/ grey resin and moulds are being made at the moment for him to be cast in clear resin like Tomoko was so you can have the pair in invisibility suits

Great figures as always. I'm currently painting up Oakley, Cobra and a couple of Kev figures for games at Cold Wars this March.

The two new females will have to be added to my group / civilian mob.

Suggestions for future figures:

Sam & Dean – TV Supernatural charaters
Big Daddy and Hit Girl – Movie charaters

Keep up the good work.

Gotta love Hasslefree: female minis sculpted by folks who might actually have seen real women with faces that don't look like trolls.

mrshasslefree04 Feb 2012 2:00 p.m. PST

Kev spends the majority of his time looking at pictures of women so i suppose i am lucky that he translates that 'research' into 3D or we would have a hard job explaining the 'reference' sites he uses to the taxman as a neccessary expense!…lol!

Consistently spectacular sculpts.

A nice set!
Thanks to the large cuffs and buttonhole lace on her coat, Andreah could become a 18th C. Pirette link just by changing her gun?

More great work – doesn't look to difficult to 'accessorize' the two ladies with pistols or such, the hand(s) seem suitable?

Bob Murch05 Feb 2012 9:02 p.m. PST

I admire Kev's work more than I can say. He sets the standard for female sculpts in my opinion!

Rae would be a good "Penny Pretty" (Ellen Barkin) from Buckaroo Banzai…
