Sides, nations, countries. Nazi Germany was not a faction. |

Hands up, I used the wrong term! Give me a website to develop, develop ranges based on pictures, or get that printed and I'm your guy, give me, military terminology, apparently less so. I had no idea "factions" would get so many people's backs up. Sorry, everyone, I've learned my lesson! – Michael |

I find it interesting you charge for removing the supports. I saw one trader on eBay that left the supports on and mentioned it in his item description but people didn't read this part and gave numerous bad feedback. |

We actually leave the supports on partly for protection during shipping, especially with finer parts such as weapons, bayonets and horses. We offer support removal as an optional paid service simply because it adds extra handling time. Personally, I've always found the reaction to supports a little strange when you compare it with traditional plastic kits. Plenty of hobbyists are happy to spend hours cutting parts from sprues, cleaning mould lines and gluing figures together, whereas removing our supports is generally a much quicker job. For us it is really about giving customers the choice. If they are happy to remove them themselves, they pay the standard price and the supports also give the model some extra protection in transit. If they want us to do that work for them, we can, but there is a small charge for the additional labour and extra padding in postage. – Michael |

The renders look great. If I need a unit quickly, I would consider your figures. Having a 3d printer I prefer paying for STLs rather than pre printed figures, especially for line infantry. |

I too am a commercial printer and on rare occasions I will leave some of the supports on for safety. Usually a small artillery piece or the like. I do let them know ahead of time and tell them the best way to remove them. No critisism here, I too wish I didn't have to remove the supports. Not only would it save time but you risk damaging them and therefore need to print spares. And your stuff is great looking as is your web site. |

Sides, nations, countries. Nazi Germany was not a faction. Nazi Germany was a "side"? What do you do about Afrika Korps? That's not a nation. |

Afrika Korps – an army. Faction brings to mind Warhammer and other SciFi/Fantasy genres. |

Faction simply means group within a larger group. So Wehrmacht and Afrika Korps would be factions for Nazi Germany. |

These look great! How are you handling US tariffs? Also, is your postage price of about 16 pounds per pack or package? Thanks! |
