These should go nicely with Wargames Atlantic's new plastic Italians that are also coming out this month. The WGA ones come in a box of 32 for $35 USD USD and the uniforms/equipment options are good for WW1 and WW2. You can also build up to two Breda 37 heavy machine guns. Looks like it's a good time to start an Italian army for Bolt Action! |

Not a fan of plastic infantry. |

Fortunately, Warlord has metal Italians, too. |

Is it possible to make Bersaglieri with helmets from this set? |

I believe that the Wargames Atlantic have a Bersaglieri option, but I don't see one for the Warlord ones. |

So how how to decide? War-games Atlantic 32 figures for $35 USD plus $8 USD shipping Warlord 30 figures for $53 USD plus $25 USD shipping Are the Warlord worth $35 USD more? Somebody please do a comparative review. |

Well, you could buy a box from each manufacturer. Wargames Atlantic cost each, with shipping, is $1.34 USD. Warlord comes to $2.60 USD apiece. The average cost from both would become $1.95 USD a figure. Plus you would have many options and hours of joy on the painting/conversion table! |

Good idea. I know that if you order directly from WGA (at least in the US), $50 USD purchase will get you free shipping. So two boxes will get them shipped gratis. Does Warlord have a free shipping program for the US? |

I would prefer buying plastics produced in the UK over China. I'll go with Warlord. |

Admirable. Wargames Atlantic have announced transition to USA production to overcome all these shipping and other hassles. So that's good news, too. |

Yeah good luck with that. The Chinese have a way with 'losing' moulds that are requested back by those who paid for them. Ask someone in the model rr industry, rife with rippoffs in last decade or two. Is killed several enterprising ranges of models etc |
