I like this proactive customer service. I ordered a book from the UK on Amazon; it had a 3+ week delivery time. At the 4th week, I got a notice that it was "Likely Delivered," which of course it was not. I went through the channels and was in a doom loop of check the tracking status (which said Likely Delivered) but there was no tracking number to confirm. For all the supposed superior AI customer service modules they offered every solution but the one that informed where the book was or if it was coming. I finally got a live person at Amazon. They emailed the third party vendor who they subcontracted with. They told me, "sorry for the delay, we are shipping it now." I cancelled it and ordered from somewhere else. Don't make me track it down after a broken delivery date promise. Good job Knuckleduster! |

A few years ago the same company raised their prices because they were getting "too many orders". 🤔🙄 They're still great figures, but they have priced themselves out of my wallet. |

I bought several of their STL files for dead horses and horses for dismounted rangers, and the bison. I've been very pleased with all of them and the STLs are a good value if you have a printer. |
