A new range?
I'm glad they're getting back into 25mm.

Can you tell us a little bit about Mann Miniatures?

You don't see too many ACW fifers.

Are these true 25mm or in reality 28mm?

Artillery and/or cavalry coming?

Woolshed Wargamer29 Nov 2024 1:53 p.m. PST

As long as they fit with OG 2nd ed I will be happy

28mm scale – "I designed my miniature to fit with most 28mm ACW lines, Sash and Saber, Perry miniatures, and all the other great lines, giving you even more variety."

Maybe from a failed Kickstarter?

I can always add more art crews and command, so order placed.

I got some of the Confederates at Fall In last year and they are nice figures and do fit in well with other ranges as he stated. I was going to buy more this year but one of my painters told me that Old Glory won't be attending conventions anymore so when I saw this listed I put an order in.

Well, now we know much more about the sculptor:

"I have been a sculptor for over twenty years, working for OG15MM, Blue moon, Battle Valor, and others."

I'm not keen on the officers. They appear to be swinging bastard swords one-handed.

They sure look impressive. As Mr. Timbres noted, the officer's swords seem a bit large.

The website is a bit wonky. There ae add to basket buttons on the figure image screens but they don't work. I had to open up each grouping and then hit a second add button to get it to work. Moreover, the site would not recognize my account information. Curiously, their old site recognized it without problems. Un-swayed by these "difficulties" I managed to order some of these figures anyway.

The sack coats seem to have upright rather than lay down collars…strange choice (I thought only the Rebs had those by re-tailoring frock coats) …unless my eyes deceive me of course
