Nice looking figure! Excellent for 10mm!

Gad! That's 10mm?

What would the sculptor have done in 28--or 54, for that matter?

Remember when 25mm was first "challenged" by 15mm? Smaller figures meant quicker paint jobs as there was less emphasis on detail. But the "rivet men" of the hobby demanded more on their 15's, so they've long since been as painstaking to paint as 25/28's.

Then comes 10mm. Much quicker to paint, and nearly tripling the effective space on one's gaming table--a win-win, right?

But, the steady, demented demand for "detail" has clearly begun to catch up on 10's, too.

And, of course, as we all age, our eyes get only better and better….

If they are like their ACW line, they are 13.5mm. Pretty much a proprietary scale, but Peter Pig 15s can mix in since they are small 15s.

The last few ranges are all true 15mm foot to eye, so I imagine these are, too.

My first thought on seeing the headline was about not knowing he was in prison…

They look great but it will cost extra to build a playable Continental force. The ratio of militia to regulars is well over 3:1. Looks like the militia may share same sprue as the continentals as the regimental boxes are the same. Too bad. I was all in until I saw the box contents. As much as I want to buy them its a hard pass for me.

Good thing Tarleton captured Lee, instead of Washington!
