How good to these printed models look compared to earlier ones? I got some 4 years ago and the ridges were very noticeable in 15mm. I have never ordered from butlers BTW.

If you request and pay for them in resin, they are much better than the FDM. However, you may have to email them to ask for resin and pay more for the model. It is well worth the cost to me!

Do they make them in resin? Like you I have been unimpressed with printed vehicles up till now. Some.day I am sure.

Yes, but not every model has an option for resin listed on the website. I contacted them to see what they would be willing to print for me in resin at a mark-up. The difference in the quality of the prints is significant!
