Years ago, I bought, and painted, 25mm Goats. I use them as Shaken Morale markers for units in my 2e BattleSystem games. I formerly used yellow and red tent cards for Shaken and Routing Unit Morale Markers, but I found these very glaring on the tabletop. I also purchased 25mm Chickens, for Routing Unit Markers. Painted up, they look very good, though they appear to be closer to 32mm sized figures, rather than 25mm.

I need to take inventory of my Goats to see if I have enough -- I have plenty of Chickens (more than I've ever needed in a game, and my last game fielded 1,000+ figures in 30+ Units!).

If you want to stop using yellow and red Morale Markers in your tabletop games, I highly recommend Goats (Shaken, Disordered, whatever is less than Good Order) and Chickens (Routing!). They are far less intrusive, visually. Cheers!
