Great cover!

Bought it last week, well written scenarios that could be used for a multitude of periods/rulesets

Same here, I just wish they were clear about what rule set they used on the "Pigeon scenario"!

Gecoren10 Feb 2012 8:52 a.m. PST

Thank you Buff, glad you're enjoying it.

'Stop the Pigeon', a great scenario by Eoghan Kelly is complete. All the rules are provided with the scenario to play it, although it could be adapted to any Napoleonic skirmish set easily enough.

I'm thoroughly enjoying the new lease of life in WSS. It's become my new wargaming magazine after years of another 'leading brand'. I'm too tight to pay for both!

eptingmike10 Feb 2012 9:53 a.m. PST

I am gonna have to run over to B and N and see if Ican't get a copy this evening!

Porkmann10 Feb 2012 9:53 a.m. PST

I second that ELK. I don't subscribe but have a standing order at the local magazine store.

Where can I buy it in Europe?

Hi Clauss
Probably easiest straight from us, the publishers: link

I have a subscription, but I haven't received my issue yet. Tomorrow?

Scott MacPhee10 Feb 2012 6:34 p.m. PST

This was a great issue, one of the best yet!

I like the digital versions much better for many reasons. No hassling with the mall areas for B&N (Ugh! My biggest gripe!), cheaper, highly portable, and I rarely read print anymore as it is. If I really need to print an article, no problem--that's why I own a laser printer. I am enjoying the back issues. Thanks for that service!

Shogun, if you subscribe straight from us, you should've received your copy by now. Can you please send an email to service@karwansaraypublishers.com and we'll straighten you out.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the issue and PDFs!

I´ve just ordered a copy.

I want to compare it to my WI subscribtion and looking forward to read it.
