No. Mexican carts used solid wood wheels well into the late 1800s. It would be a better model if it was pulled by an oxen.

It is an ox cart. Having grown up in the Southwest and having seen these first hand they are made to be pulled by an ox not a horse.

The designer didn't do his research.
