Cool stuff. I accidentally noticed the publication date on Amazon yesterday and ordered the AWI book. I had it in my head as not being until mid October, were they ready ahead of schedule?

The paper figures books look really interesting, but I'm unclear. There are easy rules, got that, but do you cut the rest of the book up for the figures? How many figures? How does this work? Are they die cut or is this hours of scissor-work?

Looks very interesting, though…

The man himself explains how it's done. Short answer; scissor-work.

You can make color copies of the pages in the book and then cut those out. Seems tedious to me, but so is painting the minis. I just don't know if it would be as satisfying as having actual 3D miniatures.
