I love the new releases. I think I might finally be able to bring Honey Springs Depot (the largest battle ever fought in Oklahoma) to table. As most combatants were Indians but whose appearance was very much not that of the Plains warriors, finding figures for this battle was a challenge, but now I think:

Western Theater inf (sack coats, hats) – add feathers to hats, long hair under hat brims for Union Indians, leave as be for the 1st Kansas Colored regiment.

Cherokee Rifles, Jayhawk/Redlegs, and Mounted Guerillas (new packs), mounted Raiders (old), Dismounted Infantry (new), Dismounted Raiders and Dismounted cavalry in hat (old)- will do for Texans and Confederate Indians (add feathers and long hair to latter).

Funny, I was thinking of doing Honey Springs as well and wanted to do it in 10mm. Now this! Good timing.

Good to hear that they'll be useful! That battle is a new one to me so I'll have to do a bit of reading-up. We've got some big ACW players locally so I might be able to tempt them into it too!
