If you're going to fight Comanche, you can never have enough Texas Rangers. What year are these supposed to be?
I like the guys from Jack Hays' era with revolvers.

Good looking figs. I will have to get an order together next week,

Old Glory also has 1846 era Texas Rangers in their Mexican American War range, mounted and on foot. So bear that in mind when getting an order together.

Since I'm a firm believer in as much variety as possible in irregular units, you can also check out Knuckleduster, for a "not Lonesome Dove" feel, and Gringos40 for some excellent figures also.
The more Texas Rangers, the better.

I'm guessing they are for the 1870s and beyond considering the number of lever action rifles, but I am sure they would do as "Yellow Boy" rifles from the 60s as well.

Well, a firm mantra in my skirmish games is "They are who I say they are, and their weapons are what I say they are."
At even 25/28mm scale, I see little difference between various long arms, whether a musket, carbine or Remington. With the current trend of mixing weapons in a blister or bag, it's very expensive, and impractical, to isolate and present on the table exactly the "correct" weapons.
