OK, that's going to be an extra Christmas present!

Oh dang. I've been wanting to get some of the Fleet buildings, but this timing is not good for me. :(

Privateer4hire12 Dec 2013 7:38 p.m. PST

Well, that's discouraging.

nazrat12 Dec 2013 7:49 p.m. PST

Boy, I'm sure glad I already bought all that stuff! It's still terrible they are dropping these, though.

BaldLea12 Dec 2013 8:11 p.m. PST

Gutted. Those buildings are brilliant :-(

That's too bad they are discountinging these, they are very cool…

McWong7312 Dec 2013 10:37 p.m. PST

I imagine we're all going to be impressed with what they're making room for.

Wellspring14 Dec 2013 10:53 a.m. PST

Agree w/ McWong73.

It sucks that they're pulling something cool from the list. But how many companies go to the trouble of announcing in advance that a product is going away? VERY happy that CMG is being forthright about this and giving us a chance to grab them while we can.

Nice looking buildings but the website seems short on details. What scale are these? What material? Are they pre-painted as shown in the pics? I don't see any of that info on the website. :-(

I would love to pick up the rights to produce these for them -- any one have a line as my emails never seem to get returned -- Micropanzer@micropanzer.com

@ mdauben – under this piece – link – it says unpainted & resin. By the look of the models on it and its base size (135x105mm) I would guess it's 15mm. Shame as I'm looking for precisely this style of building for a themed board in 28mm.

Also when i hold my cursor over the webpage tab it says 15mm Sci-Fi buildings – darn it!

Sad to see these go. I have most of them. Hope they are still around after Christmas as I don't have the cash right now. :-(

HI guys thanks for the interest,

Jason – we have had several people ask about the range and for now we are retaining these buildings as they have a lot of digital components tied up in them that we still utilise in other items.

mdauben – the footprint size of the each building is listed on the item page, for example;

link

adam – all our miniatures and buildings are 15mm

nazrat – I agree, however we are limited in space and capacity as a business, and if the community decides not to support product ranges in a sales volume to warrant their existence we have to consider what is does want instead, we hope what we are doing now will eventually allow us to shift towards that.

Wellspring – thank you for that, we had been trying to decide how to go about this for a while thought giving you guys one last bite was the best way rather than just dropping everything.

Stealth1000 – We will do our best to keep these online until the end of Jan.

"retaining these buildings as they have a lot of digital components"

I was talking more of a licensing deal where you retain all right but I would produce and sell them for you until a time you want to do in house again. Still would have the critical mass brand but being produced by micropanzer.
