I'll second this review, top shelf service from Old Guard Painters/Vladimir.

His communication skills are top notch, gets back to you right away and is courteous and friendly. He keeps you informed along the way, any questions he has, he puts them on the table, no fooling around.

The end product is outstanding for the price, he does a great basing job as well.

He treats the business like a business, I also give him 10/10, highly recommended.

I had a slightly different experience, but may still use him again.

Yes, I have used Vladimir's service for over 7-8 years now.

The nice thing about this service over the Asian firms is that these guys know their uniforms, very little guidance is necessary.

I used to ask for photos before they shipped [and in general, that is not a bad step to take] when I had some "out of the mainstream unit being painted [think Confederation of the Rhine, Penal units..etc.]…but they were spot on each time.

So now it is no longer necessary. And their treatment of officers/generals et al is always superb.

As I am in the US, and postage can be expensive, I send a large amount of figures in one shipment and he works on those to an agreed schedule and sends groups back over 3-4 shipments. It allows me to budget better and keeps the "boss" off the warpath!

I have used Vladimir in the past for all of my painting needs. I ordered my figures already painted from his store and also had him paint figures for me. He communicates well and understands what your preferences are. I plan on using Old Guard Painters in the near future.

All the figures I've received via the TMP sales have been outstanding and beyond my expectations! I am sold……only wish they we're here in America! :)

Skipper, not hardly.

But I do 15-18mm.

Negotiate!

It's not a bad 9 letter word (well it seems to be to many Americans).
