Yay! The DDR is finally here. The Warsaw Pact just got a much needed boost in their proletarian struggle against the fascist capitalist pigs after two successive NATO reinforcements (the FRG and UK). |

Couldn't afford them. Cost too much for little perceived benefit, which is why they stuck with the T-55s. Some forget about the food rationing, long lines, and sparse times of communist central planning, and control. |

Don't see an army starter box with helos on the preorder page. And no plastics???!!! Looks like all the models including the T-55AM2's are hybrid resin and metal. Could be an expensive army to acquire. Now I'm a bit less enthused than before :( |

Read on the forum that BTR-60s will supposedly be plastic, but don't know when they'll be available. |

..no plastics???!!! Looks like all… are hybrid resin and metal. WOW. IF thats the case, its going to be a 'not-so-great' first for TY (no plastic starter set). From what Ive seen so far, ALL of the plastics have been great. |
