If I am not mistaken Prussian Dragoons of this time were regarded as light cavalry

Whether regarded as light or heavy, in 1813-1814 they were considered battlefield cavalry, just like the cuirassiers. In fact both the I (Army of Silesia) and III Korps (Army of the North) "heavy" brigades in their corps cavalry were composed entirely of dragoons. All the cuirassiers were brigaded in the II Korps with the Army of Bohemia.
