So, they want me to plunk down $72 USD to get $136 USD worth of stuff, and I have no idea what I'll be getting?
I might consider if I could specify FIW, but that's not what this is about.

Not a fan of paying money for something that I don't know what I will receive. Pass.

I agree with John. If they did a WW II box, or a Pike and Shotte box, I can see he appeal. This is what my mom would have called a "pig in a poke." If anyone has ordered one, can you explain the appeal to me?

Ahh, the Lucky Dip!

An old British tradition. They used to do it in shops when I were a nipper. Take all the labels off the dented tins and chuck 'em in a big bin. Let the punters take their pick at 5p per tin. Who knows what's in it? Might be peaches. Might be baked beans. Or tomatoes. The anticipation! The excitement!

It's all about the gamble. You might get an absolute bargain, or a load of old tut…

An old American tradition too – the "grab bag" grin

Games Workshop used to do a similar thing. 10 blisters for $30 USD or so. You could specify fantasy or 40K. I thought it was fun.

Y'all come up with a box like that guaranteed to be all FIW, and I'll think about it. You hear?

I think its guaranteed to contain… whatever's left over in the warehouse. :-)

I've got enough I want to paint (and buy) to forgo putting down a reasonable amount of money knowing that some of what I get I will not want.

Find one with the complete Comanche warband for that price, and you can throw in all the silly stuff you want.

And 'Less than 500' will continue to remain.

Clear to anyone paying attention that these are the items which don't move. This is their way of clearing out the warehouse.

Good Luck finding 500 dim bulbs to order them.

How many did they start with? grin
