Since your thread from yesterday got eaten by the bug… Consider this a request to add Fly's boarding house & photography studio and the Harwood house to your Old West line. |

I'll see if i can find some good images to work with and i will do them both. I think i will do some existing models witout the raised boardwalks as these we not used in Tombstone. Presumably this was the case in many other towns too. |

Here is the best of everything I've been able to find online. First, the best depiction I've found of the gunfight at the OK Corral: link Fly's Boarding House & Photography Gallery Front:
Side:
(also shows front of Bauer's Meat Market to the left) Rear of Harwood & Fly's:
This is a model of Fly's, which includes the photography studio in the back I have no idea how well researched it is, but it's the only image I've found online that shows what the studio may have looked like: linkPapago Cash Store & Bauer's Meat Market Front:
Halfway down page: linkBEWARE OF THIS PAINTING link Although it purports to show the gunfight location, it's based on the photo above, and the buildings are actually the Papago Cash Store & Bauer's Meat Market, astride the back entrance to the corral. |
