What is new about these figures? Packaging? They're very nice, some of BF's best, but they aren't new. I should know, because I've had them for years.

Why the mixed language malarky?

Useful figures I bought mine a couple of years back – wish someone would do this in 28mm

GGouveia23 Oct 2014 9:24 a.m. PST

Those are beautiful figures. I need a pack for TFL CoC Stalingrad book.

Artizan does 28 mm Germans in greatcoat. Granted these appear more Ardennes Offensive instead of Barbarosa, but still the Germans in greatcoats is an iconic look.

Thanks k, as you say they are in ankle boots. I want jackboots!

I have hope Crusader minis will do them in great coats and jackboots to go along with their latest cold weather gear Soviets.

I would think it would be pretty easy for Crusader, i.e. Mark Sims to convert his current early war Germans to great coats. I agree with Porkman you have to have those jackboots. grin

I have been eyeing the Artizan later war great coat Germans and the winter kit Americans for some time as I would love to run some Battle of the Bulge themed games.

I have a platoon of both US and Germans in winter gear from Artizan. I mixed some of the Artizan US airborne in with them and painted them with gloves on to make a Bulge/Bastogne themed force.

Kieth as always you come up with some cool ideas.

I should note we have completely hi-jacked this thread which was an advertisement for 15 mm figures. grin

Pizzagrenadier23 Oct 2014 2:29 p.m. PST

Thanks!

Oops, I didn't mean to do that either. Please return to your regularly scheduled 15mm topic :)

28 mm guys, these are 15mm and they do have boots not anklets

Royal Marine24 Oct 2014 2:16 a.m. PST

Are there 6mm figures in sandals?

GGouveia24 Oct 2014 7:10 p.m. PST

At that scale you paint what you would like.
