I believe the Marine Corps had them. From what I recall they weren't very successful. Not enough room for much fuel.

Legion,

The Stuart was the first flamethrower tank the Corps used.
The first model still had a main gun and the flamethrower port was in the hull. Later model it replaced the main gun and was in the turret, making room for more napalm. The only two barrel version I have seen pics of was a later Sherman, so this model is very new to me.
