These are some of the best gaming WWI planes around, just got in an order to supplement what I have been able to scrounge up over the years since Goblintooth went out of business. I've filled in my air fleets with a bunch of other ranges and Shapeways, but if these had been available the whole time I would have gone with them all the way.

The style is different – very sturdy models, not as delicate as some models are.

Yes, my CinC stuff is beautiful, but I had to permanently mount most of it on stands, rather than keep it modular with magnets. Navwar/H&R is good middle of the road stuff too, but still has fiddly struts.

Got my order on Monday, still really nice looking planes, and I got a bunch of useful German decals with the white squares on as part of the decals, rather than trying to paint by eyeball some squares and then fitting the crosses into them. Also some RFC and RNAS squadron decals, which are again much better than trying to paint on by hand!

Got an 1/285 Amerika Bomber too as an impulse buy, I'm going to use it one the ground for an IABSM scenario, Soviets, Americans, and Germans all fighting over a prototype.
