Looking forward to y'all being back up and online! |

Agreed. One thing I would love to see cleared is the sometimes long strange trip to find things. Best example is the 25mm Napoleonic sailors and accessories. You had to take a detour through the Shipyard to find them. So you could stumble across them, or just know they're there and hope you remember the breadcrumbs. A website re-design should allow one to find similar things without having to go through Blue Moon to find more FIW than on the "main" OG25s listing. I have to already know some things exist to find them. Fantasy are also all over the place. Even something as easy as "For more similar period or era, go HERE." Old Glory has a lot of good things, but some are very well hidden. |

Hope it is being designed with WordPress. A great free website software product available through most hosing companies. At last check close to 30% of all websites are done with WordPress. |

John, don't put to much hope in that they will fix what you want. One thing that I have found in designing online computer systems is that unless you check with the people using the system as to what they want it won't be done. So unless they put a request out for feedback don't expect to see what you want. |

Russ follows discussions on TMP. Particularly if they're about Old Glory. I'm sure he's read my suggestion. |

I am actually surprised that they didn't do what we did when I worked. We would leave the current system operational while at the same time creating the new one. When the new one was functioning correctly in our test environment we would then switch it over. By doing it that way you never lose any potential customers. |

Russ, ignoring this thread? Perfectly acceptable. Ignoring my pleas for 15/18 mm Indian Mutiny civilians and a dhoolie and camel borne casualties? A terrible, horrible, not very good tragedy! Most certainly. Or, disappointing if not that. Harrumph, I say. |

I would love 18mm Indian Mutiny Civilians, and by that I, mostly, want Indian civilians but some europeans would be nice too. |

"Hope it is being designed with WordPress. A great free website software product available through most hosing companies. At last check close to 30% of all websites are done with WordPress." The software may be "Free", but if the site is going to be doing serious business and ecommerce and taking overseas payments, etc…then the "Free" doesn't work. OG is a site that does need a serious overhaul, but to get what OG needs to be a viable, professional, working site , the "free" doesn't cut it. |

Seems like this is a very long shut down for a conversion to a new website. Hope it is going smoothly and they are back online soon. Meantime, if Russ is paying attention: status on the Mutineers being ready for sale as well as the British command pack of Indian Mutiny in 15/18mm? Thank you. |

Still looks like it isn't fixed. |
