"Lancashire Games: Winter Sale Starts Today" Topic

The last time I fell for the Lancashire Games Sale having spent a total of 50.49 on postage (£4.59) and (£49.90) on Venexia Miniatures and received 75% of the castings in an absolute unacceptable state- it literally looked like the moulds had slipped while casting- definitely the very worst castings I have received in all the years I have been wargaming (two decades plus!).

I have been unable to use any of the miniatures they sent except for the small roughly 25% that were more or less (just about) OK- I have not used them as I needed to use the whole order and have kept all the miniatures safe in the vain hope they would reply to my many emails.

I have of course emailed Lancashire Games several times since then and never received a single reply. This is why I have had to resort to writing this in public in the vain hope that Lancashire Games would do the decent thing and send out castings that are acceptable!

Well I've bought a pile of Venexia 15mm from Lancashire Games as well as 10mm and have found them all well cast excellent figures.

Actually your Venexia Barded horses do not need glueing together- as the vendor I thought you would have known that. I will post up pictures of all the miscasts ASAP. That way it will be clear to you what I mean.

As I have said, I have contacted you several times via email over the years, one immediately after receiving crazy miscasts. I am a reasonable man and would not have put up a public post if my emails had been replied the miscasts replaced in good time after my first email years back!

As I say, I will post up images of the miscasts here as you seem oblivious to my emails.

you still havnt contacted me, and I was refering to the riders, of course I know the horses dont need gluing, duh! Its been 3 years at least and I recon and in the about 36+ dverts on here you could have emailed me?

I can post up all of the pictures of the terrible casting which has rendered all of them useless to my purposes.

I will try to email you again now but I am not expecting you to answer as you have ignored all my attempts to communicate with you thus far

It is now obvious to me that I owe Allan, the owner of Lancashire Games an apology as it does appear that he didn't receive any emails from me. A glitch maybe.

Alan has agreed to me returning the horses and new ones will be sent out to me which is very generous of him.
