We are very pleased to release our latest 15mm range, the 17th Century Hungarians.

Hungarians

These are for fighting in the wars that shook Eastern Europe in this tumultuous century. This line is suitable for the Kuruc Rebellion, Great Turkish War, and earlier contests as well. The models themselves should be suitable for a variety of Eastern European forces.

Hungarian muskets

First up, we have infantry for the later Haiduks or other musketeer infantry, wearing more businesslike dress than in the 16th Century.

Hungarian armored hussars

The impetuous armored hussar lancers have a variety of protection, wearing (at the least) a breastplate. They could also be used as early- to mid-century Polish Hussars by gamers who don't believe the wings were worn in battle (yes, both of you).

Hungarian commander

Also available to lead your forces is a general in flamboyant winged helmet.

Hungarian light hussars

Last but certainly not least are the light hussars, those trademark Hungarian warriors, which made a name for themselves and had such an influence on the development of light cavalry in ensuing centuries. These would be useful en masse in Hungarian or other Eastern armies, or as mercenary horse in Western armies.

Thanks to Steve Dean for painting these. The Hungarians are available now! Much more is coming soon for the late 17th Century. Available now, at the link below. Happy gaming!
