300 plus figures!

Mixed lot of figures. Painted to very basic wargame standard. Mix of metal and plastic.

These are 28mm? It might just be depth perception and angles, but some of them look pretty small. Do you know who made them? How easily would the figures come off the bases? Thanks.

They are 28s…some of the Brits in the back look like 25s.
