After much hunting, painting and basing, I now have my own variation(s) of the Scooby Gang. Here they are;

Not the best photo or paint jobs, but I'm happy…!

Ruh-roh!

Stagger Lee15 Jan 2007 1:11 p.m. PST

That's not the Shaggy I remember!!!

Seriously though they look good!!! Hope you post some pics of the gang in action!

DarkWingDuck15 Jan 2007 1:13 p.m. PST

Zoinks!

(I can't picture this Shaggy saying "Zoinks?")

Mr Canuck15 Jan 2007 1:13 p.m. PST

Wow! Shaggy has really 'bulked up' lately, eh?
Must be the 'roids in the Scooby Snacks! grin

Rattrap115 Jan 2007 1:39 p.m. PST

Zoinks from this Shaggy would sound more like "Zaahnks." (just be sure to use the long ahhh that a certain California Governor is known for.)

:-)

Nice Job as well!

Rich

Wow. The Shahgginator. Updated for modern audiences. Very cool. Hey, where's Fred's lucky orange ascot?

Cosmotiger15 Jan 2007 2:33 p.m. PST

I don't think I'd mess around with that Scooby Doo, either. Looks like he might tear your leg off and use it as a Scooby snack.

Hundvig Fezian15 Jan 2007 2:51 p.m. PST

I see Freddie's years of steroid use have finally paid off.

Chocolate Fezian15 Jan 2007 3:14 p.m. PST

Thats got to be the buff Shaggy from Scooby doo 2 Monsters Unleashed!

Major Kong15 Jan 2007 3:35 p.m. PST

Love it.

A full squad is included in the Toonclix.

Carrion Crow15 Jan 2007 3:52 p.m. PST

Thanks for all the comments.

What we actually have here is Enigma Investigations, featuring from Right to Left: Daphne Jones, Velma Blake, Fred Rogers, Herman Dinkley and Ace the Cluehound.
Herman is carrying the SuperSoaker 9mm and his catch-phrases are "Ah'mm not scared…I ahm terrified!" and " I won't be back…!" And yes, Ace will have you're leg off, if you're not careful. Apparently he has anger issues..lol

The paint-job is actually better than the picture shows and Velma is now the hot one. I'll try to get some better pics done, along with some of the kooky creatures I have for them to face and the…Enigmobile!

GypsyComet15 Jan 2007 7:16 p.m. PST

A web search will reveal that Velma has always been the "hot" one to a not-insignificant part of the fandom. I recommend keeping a large bottle of brain bleach handy, though…

Very cool!

Nice job, Get a new shaggy and sculpt and very fashonable ascot for freddy the others are great.

Broadsword15 Jan 2007 9:55 p.m. PST

And I would have gotten away with it, too, if it hadn't been for you meddling kids!

Too bad ToonClix was canceled. Would have been a bear to license all those properties, though.

And remember, GypsyComet, some things once seen cannot be unseen. Like made for SciFi Channel "movies". *shudder*

Very Nice Job!

Hey Carrion Crow would you please list which figures are from what manufacturers and the real miniature names?

Carrion Crow17 Jan 2007 6:00 a.m. PST

Okay, the Scooby substitute is from Ral Partha, part of the War Dogs & Master pack, Ref: 01-028. You get two of that type of dog and two doberman types, plus a bloke with a sword.

My Fred, Daphne & Velma subs are all from the Black Tree Design Dr Who range, being DW110 Steven Taylor, DW155 Vicki & DW602 Peri.

The Shaggy sub is eM-4's Bodyguard, not sure what the code is, as I can't acces the site from where I am.

Hope this helps.

Audrey17 Jan 2007 7:47 a.m. PST

I was jsut looking at the Black Tree Doctor Who line earlier this week. The list helps a lot. Thank you very much.
