Whoah there, Rogcollectibles:
"BTW the question about what a 30 year old man is imagining during these games is none of your damn business at the very least
No, folks it doesnt matter what the old man is thinking, if he is a pervert in his own mind, I think thats part of what freedom is about
Stay out of peoples minds, its not 1984. Or have we forgotten already.
Ever heard of the thought police."
I think you seriously missed the context of what I was asking, and probably I didn't explain it well either. Sometimes online messages like this don't convey to a stranger what we thought we typed ever-so-clearly at the time
My question was entirely in the context of the paragraph I wrote before it. Namely, that I understand one playing Napoleonics (for example,) and thinking of oneself as a general, or the Emperor, or whatever. What I don't understand is what does one "imagine" one is within the context of the Japanese schoolgirls "game"?
What I meant is this: is the player (and/or the others in the gaming group) taking on the role of a teenage schoolgirl? Taking on the role of a teenage boy at the school of said schoolgirls? Taking on the role of "bad guys" attacking said schoolgirls? How exactly does it "work"???
It was not an attempt to accuse anyone of deviant thoughts, or to try to get into people's minds!! Rather, it was a question about the basics of what one "does" in the context of such a "game". I fundamentally don't understand the concept of "gaming" this. Hence the question.
Hope that's clearer (sorry; but I just hate to be misunderstood like that!).
