Can anyone suggest the Humbrol (or other) colour that matches the greenish khaki shade of the Polish uniforms at the start of WWII? Thanks.

I'll check my notes in a bit, but I should have the color reference for Vallejo.

Yes, I too like Vallejo number (not humbrol)

I prefer Vallejo MC921 English Uniform ( Humbrol 26 ) for Polish wool uniform. There was also less common summer uniform, I think from flax, that was khaki-buff colour used in reserve units 1939.

Use a green primer/base coat with Humbrol 26 or Vallejo 921.
