Sorry to hear we are losing him from the contest. B1B Flyer had consistently good entries and was probably leading the competition IMHO.

I understand the reasons behind this one (couldn't the military show a bit of consideration???) However, the number of dropouts in the competition overall is very disappointing, and must be even more so to the comp sponsor. It doesn't bode well for future LPS comps.

Cheers

By the Way….the MECH B1B Flyer did (as shown on main page)…what figure is that, or is that a 'custom'?? looks sorta like a spaceship on legs???? Cool! (paintjob is very cool too! 8-)

Sorry to see him leave the competition also. I never got to feel the pressure of keeping the entires coming but can understand how it gets on top of people even without work stepping in.

B1B,

hope you have a safe tour! Keep your head down and your chin up!!!

Now to the competition… we need to find some way for the LPS concept… with all those drop outs (this one definately being legitimate) these draw far too short. I think this one has been cut to under half length now. Either we should stop voting someone out when someone else drops out (I know this has been voted against) or we should have a list of replacements that can move up. If it goes on like this I am pretty sure that there will not be a LPS3 since this way it gets Bleeped texting untempting as an advertising tool for the sponsors!

Cheers,
