You should use the same plastic builder sets than Urban Mammoth for Urban War: They're perfectly fitting that purpose |

There was a very good one built using those very same Platformer parts. It was featured in Mongoose's online magazine Signs & Portents – Wargamer #26. link I myself am currently working on a fortress. Mostly made of styrofoam and accented with Syberclicks bitz. It looks more like a weathered old concrete fortress rather than the prefab one of Whiskey Outpost. I originally built it as part of my Modular Martian Trench Terrain for Warzone. Overall I intend to use it for all of my sci fi games. As I've been working on it, I keep thinking how cool it would be to have my SST bugs over run it. The scene of Whiskey Outpost getting overrun was one of my favorite scenes in SST (besides Dina Meyer). link |

I got to destroy that fort in my first game of SST @ Origins last year. My tanker tore the place a new gn'ee hole. Ive been meaning to create my own whiskey outpost but hanvt had nearly enough time. =( good luck building yours. The platformer kits work great and you only need two or three to make a REALLY big outpost. |
