I've just started down the road to building a puddlejumper for my 28mm gate crews. I have found some good screen-caps, and a very helpful graphic rendering in three views. I've done some sketches and built the box-shaped lower hull, and cut a suitable-sized cardboard tube for the top. I don't have the DVDs of Atlantis, but I watched last nights re-airing of "The Seige" and got a good look at the rear door. Has anyone else out there built one? I could use some pointers. |

Yes, that crazy Frenchman Eric has. I will get his attention for you. :-) Grimm |

Thanks, Grimmnar. I looked around for ideas to make the rounded hull, and settled on the heavy card. If there is a better direction to go in, that would be great. I found the plans to make a pretty good looking jumper from Legos, but that will only be a desperation move. I think my godson has every Lego piece ever made. |
