Does anyone know how big the game tiles are for Heroscape?

they're actually approximately 40mm, flat-to-flat.

Then there's a bit of looseness in them and there's a little lip so I guess it depends on what you're measuring.

I can tell you like hexes Jim. :) So do I.

They're plenty big enough for Battletech, I've seen people playing on them. Sure good for that game, at the very least.

Bravo Six, not meant to slight jim btw, the HeroScape hexes are 44mm flat-to-flat. They have several colors in the mix, and are a nice stackable system for gaming with minis. Yes, I like hexes, too evil grin.

I believe this pic is some sort of Solaris Battletech game. I snapped it at Cold Wars

Yeah, that's what it looks like, Xintao. I made up an OGRE board last year, using HeroScape hexes. While I've only played the game once, I did make up a display for my store, and modifying the hexes with magnets let me add some greatly enhanced height for the display.
