Since ERTL sold off Britains, has any one seen the new stuff? Is it of a better or lesser quality?
Any new ranges that look exciting?

In my opinion they do look to be better than what Britains has been producing for the past several years. I came into miniatures gaming from the toy soldier collecting hobby, and from my own perspective Britains former lines just werent attracting attention or competeing well with a lot of the other new style manufacturers out there today, like Conte Collectibles or King and Country, or the traditional atyle ones like Tradition of London. The new plans seem to focus on fewer ranges but better quality, and some of the new releases seem pretty nice.

Sweet. I also am fond of Trophy Miniatures. Some really neat topics. I came to miniature gaming the same way, by playing with my plastic Deetail Britains. Lots of fun. I still may crack them out and have a game with them…
