OK, I'm game for bashing New Wave! Two years ago I ordered a bunch if minis from them because they had the lowest prices on Ghost minis. BIG MISTAKE!
They refused to either send me my lead or answer my messages for weeks. Magically, however, I got a callf rom them as soon as my credit card company contacted them to force a refund. However, the scumbags shipped my order AFTER I had told them to stuff it and cancel the whole thing, so I was stuck with the minis anywat. (They overcharged me to boot, including charging me TWICE for shipping!)
It took over a month to sort it out, force a refund, and tell them to never contact me again. I still have the minis, but I will NEVER do business with New Wave again! (They also triedc to blame ME when they finally called me under pressure.)
Honestly, this company is THE WORST EVER, and I do not say that lightly. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Everything seems to be on super sale, which suggest a shutdown, but they are still taking people's money. The scum! (I will not use the words I want to use for them, since they would land me in the Dawghouse.)
