Didn't Discount Hobby sell their version? I cannot find them. What were they called? Any links or pics? Thanks. CC |

When I got them a couple of years ago, they were listed as "Forest Baby Bears". The Archive section on Stuff of Legends has "2004 – Fuzzies" – presumably that's them. They aren't in the current batch of figures on the Discount Hobby site or in the list of molds for sale – you might email JD Lauck and see if he's gotten to 'em yet. Here's what they look like (mine aren't painted yet): picture |

There was another one besides the one Techromancer has in pics – it was a heavily armed fuzzie with a HUGE laser rifle. I have one in my collection, along with one "regular" one. I'd like more of both. Bo |

They will be available again soon
$2 for 6 figures. Anyone needing them before the end of March should email me directly at paul dot lidberg at gmail dot com and we'll get you some. -Paul |

Just in case this interests anyone . . . I just saw one of SciFi Channel's "Destination: Truth" episodes: link Part of it was dedicated to tracking down a creature called a "Tokeloshe" ("Tokoloshe", according to some): link The sketch on this last link is interesting, but looks nothing like the sketch the team took with them in the field. That one looked more like one of the "Fuzzies": picture Anyway, the first thing that came to me when I saw the sketch they used in the field was "Waggamaeph!!!". CC TMP link |
